Key Responsibilities

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient PHP code.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of web applications and APIs.
• Collaborate with senior developers and designers to implement features.
• Perform debugging, testing, and troubleshooting of code issues.
• Maintain database schemas, write queries, and optimize performance.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Key Requirements

• Good understanding of core PHP and object-oriented programming (OOP).
• Basic experience with PHP frameworks like Laravel or CodeIgniter.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL.
• Ability to write reusable code and work within MVC structure.
• Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Internship or 6 months+ experience in PHP development.
• Knowledge of Git version control.
• Exposure to WordPress or CMS development is a plus.
