We are hiring an experienced HR Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. You should have a solid HR background combined with the ability to handle strategic and administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business goals.
  • Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and leave policies.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Organize training sessions and performance review cycles.
  • Promote a positive work culture and employee engagement.

Key Requirements

  • Proven work experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR systems, practices, and labor legislation.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is a plus.
  • Experience in IT/Tech-based organizations.
  • Exposure to scaling HR in a growing company.
