We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives, expand our client base, and build lasting relationships in domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with deep knowledge of sales, marketing, and business development, capable of driving revenue and identifying new opportunities in the IT services domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels including LinkedIn, Upwork, and networking.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.
  • Conduct client meetings, prepare presentations, and pitch services effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to align client needs with services.
  • Track sales performance, forecast revenue, and report on KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in IT services or software sales.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation platforms.
  • Ability to understand technical services and translate them into business value.
  • Leadership qualities with a proactive, target-driven approach.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA in Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Experience with international client handling.
  • Familiarity with Agile development environments.
  • Ability to mentor and manage a small sales team.
